suddenly miss the vj swing.
where we can just sit there for an hour chatting, with true friends that you can always rely on.
friends that you truly want to go the extra mile to help, or do things you dislike just because you want to see them or talk to them.
emo-ness make me feel lost.
uni makes me sick.
so does the corporate world that we're gonna be thrown into.
where do i fit in? :(

school's killing me slowly. really need a good break.
sometimes i really wonder whats the point of all these. sigh. why is everybody out there striving so hard, being so competitive, dying to do better than others, forcing everybody to live such a world where you have to ride on people to push yourself up. why are profs so stingy with giving As? why cant everybody just get As and Bs? so much for saying the process is more impt than the results.
is earning a lot of money really that important? is it really worth working insane hours and let your health suffer just to stay in a prestigious job/get a more prestigious job in future? i never once agreed with it but seems like nobody is really standing on my side.
life is so short. but sometimes i think everybody is kind of wasting it doing things they hate. so sad that we don really get a choice.

just to remind myself that my blog is not dead yet.
some recent things that happened:
finished my internship at deloitte! actually it was really fun, because of the company that was always there - lunches in big groups, making many new friends. as compared to working alone in a smaller company and having not much friends you can talk to at work. but gotta reconsider about audit after this internship.. dont wanna be stuck 3 years in a job that i hate and let my hair turn white haha.

casper was hospitalized after getting some inflammation in his pancreas? thanks to his nonsense eating habits -__- picking up every single rubbish on the ground during his walks. my parents spent a bomb on him haha.
i fell sick! :( horrible flu i think its the worst combi to have flu and ___ tog? makes you feel thoroughly sick. nose has been leaking non stop zzz. hate flu :( and its gonna spoil the rest of my damn short and precious holiday of 4 days :(
gone for tooth treatment last week. ultra pain! still have one more treatment session pending. not looking forward to it at all :(
on a happy note, i feel a lot happier starting school this sem. i think its after working for 2 months haha. you realise that school has so much more freedom. and that we should treasure the remaining 2 years of study before we are thrown out into the working world permanently with 9-6pm jobs. imagine waking up at 7am everyday like a routine and only leaving the office when the sun is about to set. argh.

been some time since i blogged.
started working already at deloitte, so far work life's pretty good. walking to take 229 every morning and then trying to board the flooded train at bedok has become such a routine, i felt robotic when commuting everyday. =/ like just walking and walking without thinking what im doing and where im going.
still, internship is great because i have many friends, made many new friends from both nus and ntu. seeing namecards and tissues and newspapers and umbrellas used to chop seats at amoy street haha. getting used to deloitte's office. going out on engagement tomorrow to alexandra! hope it will be fun :)
tired :( a whole new week is starting again. weekends are really really precious.
oh yes, happy 23rd month to dear and i haha! :)
